Shipping:
We at vwparts.net, will due our best to ship within 24-48 hours of orders
being placed. However we do not stock all items on site. Orders
placed on Thursday through the weekend will be shipped the following
Tuesday, barring inventory outages or backorders. In the case of
inventory changes the customer will be notified.
Returns, Cancellations & Pricing:
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us as soon as
possible at support@vwparts.net or
714-848-8868. Returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase
for exchange or store credit.
Shipping is not refundable & Returns are at the purchaser’s
expense. No returns on electrical items.
Cancellations and/or Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (not
applicable if you cancel on the same day you placed your order)
Prices are subject to change without notice. vwparts.net will not
be responsible for pricing, or image errors that occasionally
occur on the website. If you think there may be an error, please
contact us at admin@vwparts.net. If
there is a typographical error, vwparts.net will provide the item at 5%
over cost + shipping. (This does not apply to grey market items
and sold out specials.)

identifiable information obtained from you to a third party unless you
consent.
Why do we gather the information and how will we use it?
- To fill orders and process payment when applicable.
