PRA 2005 features racing action in Pro Mod, Super Street, Super Comp, Super Gas, and the Unlimited Street class. Event coverage includes the Sacramento race in May, and the Las Vegas Bug-In. There is also some killer racing action in the Der Renn Kafer Cup class, where show points count as much as elapsed time on the drag strip. The DRKC was run at both the spring Sacramento race, and the Las Vegas season finale. In 2005, the PRA was all about index racing. These are the classes that grew the most, because it presents a level playing field for just about any racer budget. Driving skills are of paramount importance, because no electronics are allowed on the starting line. It’s a dog-eat-dog world in PRA index racing, and sooner or later you’ll be forced to take out one of your good friends. Perhaps it was the guy who loaned you the parts that got your car into the round? This DVD ends with several minutes of Unlimited Street action from Las Vegas.
